Not at all. While many of our members and attendees are founders, executives, or creatives, what truly unites us is mindset, not job title. If you’re driven by purpose and ready to rise in community with other extraordinary women, you belong here.

The Society is FFF’s exclusive, members-only social and networkingclub. It’s a sacred space for extraordinary women to connect over curated dinners, immersive experiences, and transformational conversations. Think of it as your powerful inner circle, designed to feel safe like home and transformational like a retreat. Build relationships and ignite your fire with influential women who want to see you keep succeeding.
We’re not another networking group. We don’t do name tags and stale coffee. The Society is where depth meets luxury, where ambition is nurtured and not masked, and where real conversations lead to real connections, collaborations, and breakthroughs.
Membership is by application only. We value energy, alignment, and authenticity over status. You can sign up for our waitlist here, and we’ll notify you when applications open.
Currently, our core experiences take place in Boston, but our vision is global. We are actively planning to expand to other cities and create virtual experiences for our national and international community.

FFFCon is our annual flagship event -The World’s Greatest Convention of Purpose-Driven Women Leaders. It’s a full-day (soon to be multi-day) immersive experience featuring powerhouse speakers, dynamic panels, brand activations, performances, and community like you’ve never felt before.
FFFCon is open to the public. Whether you're a first-time attendee or a longtime member of our community, this is the ultimate opportunity to recharge, reconnect, and rise with women who are walking their talk and winning together.
